Horlicks Oats And Five Dal Bath
Horlicks Oats And Five Dal Bath is a healthier version of having both oats and nutritious dal blended perfectly with veggies. Ingredients: Chana dal 1 tea spoon Urad dal 1 tea spoon Split Black gram dal 1 tea spoon Red dal 1 tea spoon Yellow dal 1 tea spoon Horlicks Oats as required Mustard seeds 1 tea spoon Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon Dry red chilies 1 number Curry leaves 2 springs Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon Hing pinch Carrot (1 inch slices) 1 number Drum stick (chopped - 1 inch length) 1 number Onion (chopped) 1 number Tomatoes (chopped) 2 number Hot water as required Coriander powder 1 tea spoon Red chili powder (optional) 1 tea spoon Oil as required Method: Dry roast chana dal, urad dal, black gram, split black gram, yellow gram, red dal on slow flame. Once we get desired aroma, transfer this to a blender and grind to a coarse powder. For Tempering: Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilies, curry leaves and saute it. When they sizzle, add turmeric powder, hing, mix well. Add carrots, drumsticks to the above pan and saute it for about half a minute. Now add chopped onions, salt (to taste) and cook well. When veggies are slightly cooked, add some hot water along with chopped tomatoes. Later, season it with coriander powder, red chili powder (optional) and let it cook with closed lid. Now add the prepared dal powder and let it come to a boil. At last, add oats to the same pan, mix it and cook it for about a minute. Delicious and Healthy Horlicks Oats and Five Dal Bath is now ready to serve.

Horlicks Oats Kabab
Horlicks Oats kababs taste amazingly delicious. They melt in the mouth making us enjoy every bite. You can have it alone or as taste - match or can even wrap it in chapati and serve it as either breakfast or dinner with sauce of your choice or dip with green mint chutney. Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1+1/2 cup Carrots 2 number Coriander Leaves (Chopped) 1 bunch Onions (Chopped) 1/2 cup Green Chilies (Chopped) 2 number Green peas 1/4 cup Oil as required Salt to taste Garam masala powder 1/2 tea spoon Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon Curry leaves 2 springs Potatoes (Boiled) 2 number Chili powder 1 tea spoon Method: Peel & grate the carrots and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, onions, salt, sauté it till onions turn slightly transparent. Now, add grated carrot, green peas, turmeric powder, chili powder, boiled potatoes. Mix well and cook it for about 5 minutes. Then add Horlicks Oats in the same pan and mix well. After cooking it for about half a minute, mash the potato in the same pan by using masher. Later season it with garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Prepare kababs with above mixture by applying little oil. Now coat the kababs with horlicks oats and shallow fry with hot oil till they turn light brown in color. Delicious Horlicks Oats kababs are now ready to serve.

Hariyali Horlicks Oats Balls
Hariyali Horlicks Oats Balls is a delicious and healthy snack recipe. These oatmeal energy balls helps in fulfilling the day's nutrition requirement. Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1+1/2 cup, Capsicum ( Chopped ) 1 cup, Green Chilies ( Chopped ) 2 number, Onions ( Chopped ) 1 number, Raw Mango ( Cut into small pieces ) 1 number, Coriander Leaves ( Chopped ) 1 bunch, Mint Leaves ( Chopped ) 1 bunch, Potatoes (Boiled and chopped into thin layers) 1 number, Green Peas 1/4 cup, Salt to taste, All-purpose Flour / Maida 1/2 cup, Corn Flour 1 tablespoon, Garam Masala Powder 1 tea spoon, Turmeric Powder 1/2 tea spoon, Nutmeg ( Grated ) 1/2 tea spoon, Oil as required, Coconut Milk 1/2 cup, Water as required. Method: To start with the preparation process of green sauce, use a  blender to make a fine paste of chopped capsicum, green chilies, onion, raw mangoes, coriander leaves, mint leaves and keep it aside. In a bowl, add boiled and chopped potatoes then season it with green peas, coriander leaves, salt and mash it. Now, make small dumplings (small balls) with the prepared mixture by adding horlicks oats to it and keep them aside. Prepare a slurry of all-purpose flour, corn flour, garam masala powder, turmeric powder along with salt (to taste) and water. Now to complete the preparation of green sauce, heat oil in a pan, add the paste which was blended at the start of the process and season it with nutmeg, salt, garam masala powder, coconut milk and cook it for about 2 minutes. Dip the  prepared dumplings in the slurry and coat them with horlicks oats. Deep fry the dumplings in hot oil and serve them hot with prepared green sauce.

Horlicks Oats Crispy Chicken
Horlicks Oats Crispy Chicken is delightfully crunchy, and is sure to be a hit with all age groups. Ingredients: Horlicks Oats Powder 1 cup, Rice Flour 1/2 cup, Chicken 250 grams, Soya Sauce 1 tea spoon, Tomato Ketchup 1 tea spoon, Sugar 1 tea spoon, Garam Masala Powder 1 tea spoon, Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tea spoon, Salt to taste, Horlicks Oats 1 cup, Red Chili Powder 1 tea spoon, Vinegar 1 tea spoon, Water as required, Oil as required. Method: Take powdered Horlicks oats in a bowl, add rice flour, vinegar, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt (to taste), water and stir it to a thick batter. Now marinate chicken pieces with the prepared batter and keep aside. Prepare a mixture of Horlicks oats, salt, chili powder and keep aside. Coat the marinated chicken pieces with prepared Horlicks oats mixture on both sides, deep fry them in hot oil and transfer to a serving plate. Horlicks Oats Crispy Chicken is now ready to serve.

Horlicks Oats with Pumpkin for Special Meal
Horlicks Oats with Pumpkin for Special Meal is a complete supplement of nutritious food you are looking for. Ingredients: Pumpkin ( Peeled & Chopped into small pieces ) 1 cup, Onion ( Chopped ) 1 number, Butter ( Cubes ) 3 number, Water ( Boiled ) as required, Salt to taste, Pepper powder 1 tea spoon, Mixed herbs 1 tea spoon, Horlicks Oats as required. Method: Heat butter in a pan, add chopped onion and saute it. Then add pumpkin pieces to the same pan, saute till pumpkin turns tender. Add hot water when pumpkin gives out nice flavorful aroma, cook well for about 4-5 minutes, transfer to a blender and grind to a fine puree. Now boil the prepared puree in a pan, season with salt (to taste), pepper powder and mixed herbs. Add some hot water (if required) and mix well. At last, add Horlicks oats, mix it and let it cook for another 2 minutes. Tasty Horlicks Oats with Pumpkin for Special Meal is now ready to serve.

Horlicks Oats Roti with Awesome Greens
Horlicks Oats Munagaku Roti is a breakfast recipe which is nutritious, simple and delicious to eat with a spicy combination of curry. Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1 cup, Garlic cloves 4 number, Coconut powder 1 tablespoon, Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon, Munagaku (Drumstick leaves) 1 cup, Dry red chillies (crushed) 1 tea spoon, Salt to taste, Water as required, Coconut oil as required. Method: Grind Horlicks oats and garlic cloves to a fine powder. Now, transfer it to a bowl, add coconut powder, sesame seeds, drumstick leaves, crushed dry red chillies, salt and mix well. Then by adding water in small quantities mix it like a chapati dough. Divide the dough in to small portions and roll them to thick rotis. At last, roast the rotis on both sides by applying coconut oil. Tasty Oats Munagaku Roti is now ready to serve with any spicy curry.

Horlicks Oats Chana Dal Burfi
This delicious Indian burfi is made with added goodness of Horlicks oats. It’s a very simple desert recipe which takes not more than 4 to 5 simple steps and less than 30 minutes. So, you can easily prepare it when ever your palate desires an Indian sweet/dessert. Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1 cup, Chana Dal ( Soaked ) 1 cup, Desiccated Coconut Powder 1 tea spoon, Ghee as required, Sugar 1 cup, Milk 250 ml, Cardamom Powder 1 tea spoon, Jaggery ( Grated ) 1/2 cup. Method: Blend the soaked chana dal and Horlicks oats to a coarse powder.  Heat ghee in a pan, add milk, powdered mixture of Horlicks oats, chana dal and mix well. Now, add jaggery, sugar, ghee to the same pan and mix well till it reaches to a thick consistency. Season with cardamom powder, desiccated coconut powder and cook for about 5 minutes. Grease burfi tray with ghee/butter and transfer the prepared mixture to the tray. Now, allow the burfi to set in the tray by freezing it for about 15-20 minutes. Then cut the burfi into small pieces (of desired shapes). Delicious  Horlicks Oats Chana Dal Burfi is now ready to serve.

Horlicks Oats Choco Laddu
Laddu is one sweet which no one can stop with one and if it is served with added goodness of horlicks oats then no chance of saying no even after the second one. Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1 cup, Cocoa Powder 1 cup, Dates ( Chopped ) 1 cup, Cashew Nuts ( Chopped ) 10 - 15 number, Almonds ( Chopped ) 10 - 15 number, Milk ( Boiled ) as required, Icing Sugar 1 cup, Butter as required. Method: Roast horlicks oats using butter for about 3 - 4 minutes and transfer to a bowl. Add chopped dates, cashew nuts, almonds, cocoa powder, icing sugar to the same bowl and mix well. Now make the mixture little moist by adding boiled milk in small quantities and mix well. Then proceed by shaping the mixture into laddus of your desired sizes. Delicious Horlicks Oats Choco Laddu is now ready to serve.

Horlicks Oats Vegetarian Cake
Horlicks Oats Vegetarian Cake is a prefect cake recipe which can make your special occasions more joyful and healthy. Ingredients: • Horlicks oats - 180 grams. • Milk powder - 60 grams. • Icing sugar - 60 - 80 grams. • Baking soda - 1/2 tea spoon. • Baking powder - 1 tea spoon. • Unsalted butter (cubes) - 2 number. • Chocolate - 100 grams. • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tea spoon. • Cocoa powder - 40 - 50 grams. • Oil - 80 grams. • Butter - 20 grams. • Water - 250 -280 ml. Method: •Make a fine powder of horlicks oats ( 180 grams ) in a blender and transfer to a bowl. •Use double boiling method to melt chocolate ( 100 grams ) by adding butter ( 20 grams )(i.e., Boil water in a pan, on top of it place another pan with chocolate then let it melt with the heat of boiling water). •Then, add oil ( 80 grams ) in melted chocolate in small quantities and mix it thoroughly. •Now, take the bowl with powdered horlicks oats and mix well by adding baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, icing sugar ( 60 - 80 grams ), cocoa powder ( 40 - 50 grams ), milk powder ( 60 grams ) and melted chocolate. •Then, stir the mixture by adding water ( 250 -280 ml ) in small quantities and make sure it reaches to the cake batter consistency. •Place butter paper in the baking tray and transfer the cake batter to it. •Now, place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degree centigrade . •Then, remove the baking tray from oven, cool and demould. •Slice the cake into two halves and wet it with sugar syrup. •Now decorate the cake by using whipped cream and sprinkle grated chocolate over the cake. •At last, cut the cake into pieces and serve it .

Horlicks Oats Beetroot Roti
If beetroot is your all time favorite then definitely you are on the right page. Try this Healthy Horlicks Oats Beetroot Roti recipe which helps you score compliments from your family. Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1 cup, 1 Onion (Chopped), Beetroot juice 1 cup, Curry leaves 2 springs, Chopped Ginger 1 tea spoon, Oil as required, Salt to taste, Garlic cloves 5 number, 2 Green Chilies (Chopped), Sesame seeds 1 tea spoon, Peanuts 1 tablespoon. Method: Blend the dry roasted peanuts and sesame seeds to a coarse powder. Dry roast 1 cup of Horlicks oats in the same pan and grind this to a coarse powder. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, curry leaves and sauté it. Now add beetroot juice, salt, Horlicks oats powder to it and mix well. Then season with grinded sesame seeds powder and cook for about 2 minutes by stirring occasionally. Prepare dough with the above mixture by adding water (as required) and shape them into small balls. Then transfer to a plate and cover it with muslin cloth for few minutes. Roll the balls into rotis’ and roast them on both sides by adding oil. Healthy Horlicks Oats Beetroot Rotis are now ready to serve.
