Horlicks Oats Spring Onion Mutties
A rich protein-packed Horlicks oats recipe made in just a jiffy. This is one of the best ways to feed your loved ones healthy with no compromise in taste. Ingredients: Horlicks oats powder 1/2 cup Green chickpeas/batani (coarsely ground) 2/3 cup Spring onion (finely chopped) 2-3 bunch Green chilies (finely chopped) 2 number Salt as required Peanut(coarsely ground) 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon Fennel seed powder 1 tea spoon Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon coriander powder 1 tea spoon cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon Sugar 1/2 tea spoon Yogurt/curd 1 tea spoon Baking powder 1/4 tea spoon Method: Take coarsely grounded green chickpeas in a bowl, add finely chopped spring onions, green chilies, salt (to taste) and mix well. Now add coarsely grounded peanuts, sesame seeds, give it a good mix, add fennel seeds powder, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, sugar, a teaspoon of yogurt, powdered Horlicks oats along with baking powder (optional) and prepare a good mixture. Make small dumplings of the mixture and deep fry in hot oil. Hot and Delicious Horlicks Oats Spring Onion Mutties are now ready to serve.

Horlicks Oats Porridge with Pomegranate
Super delicious Oats Porridge with the added goodness of pomegranate will be a big hit with all age groups. Ingredients: Horlicks oats 1 cup Pomegranate 1/2 cup Cashew nuts (chopped) 1 tablespoon Almonds/Badam (chopped) 1 tablespoon Walnuts (chopped) 1 tablespoon Strawberry syrup 1/4 cup Milk 1 cup Salt pinch Method: Dry roast chopped cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts for 1-2 minutes and keep aside. Boil milk in a pan, add oats and cook for about 2 minutes. When consistency turns slightly thicker add a pinch of salt, cook for 2 more minutes and turn the flame off. Now add strawberry syrup and give it a good mix. Serving process: Now in a serving glass, fill half with warm oats mixture, top it with roasted nuts, pomegranate seeds, and strawberry syrup. Then repeat the same process 1 more time by finishing off with more pomegranates seeds.  Healthy and delicious Horlicks Oats Porridge with Pomegranate is now ready to enjoy.

Horlicks Oats Cabbage Egg Omelette
This protein-packed egg omelette with the added goodness of Horlicks oats, cabbage and, carrot serves as a perfect power-packed meal. Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1 cup Carrot (grated) 1/2 cup Cabbage (grated) 1/2 cup Mixed herbs 1 tea spoon Pepper powder 1 tea spoon Eggs 3 number Cheese (grated) 1/2 cup Salt to taste Butter as required Method: Dry roast Horlicks oats in a pan and keep aside. Take grated carrot in a bowl, add cabbage, mixed herbs, pepper powder, and salt. Break open 3 eggs into the same bowl and give it a good mix. Also, add grated cheese and roasted Horlicks oats. Heat butter in a pan, transfer the prepared egg mixture and roast on one side for about 3-4 minutes on slow flame. Carefully turn the omelette on the other side, top it with the grated cheese and carrot and cook with for 4 to 5 minutes with closed lid. Serve hot delicious Horlicks Oats Cabbage Egg Omelette by cutting into 4 halves.

Horlicks Oats Prawns Masala
Horlicks Oats Prawns Masala turns out to be a super healthy and tasty delight for non-veg lovers Ingredients: Horlicks oats 1 cup Prawns (medium) 250 grams Turmeric powder pinch Chili powder 1/4 tea spoon Cumin seeds 1/2 tea spoon Water (hot) 3 cups Salt to taste Sambar powder 1 tablespoon Butter 3 cube Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 bunch Onions (Chopped) 1 cup Cumin Powder 1/2 tea spoon Method: In a pan, add butter, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, salt give it a mix, add prawns, saute for about 4 to 5 minutes and transfer to a bowl. In the same pan, add some butter, chopped curry leaves, chopped onions, cumin seeds, saute them and add some hot water( 3 cups of hot water for 1 cup of oats). Now season with salt and sambar powder. Once the water comes to boil, add Horlicks oats and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Transfer the fried prawns, cook for a minute more and turn the flame off. Serve hot delicious Horlicks Oats Prawns Masala by garnishing with coriander leaves.

Horlicks Oats Pumpkin Roti
Healthily packed roti with a perfect combination of pumpkin and oats makes this recipe a big hit with all age groups. Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1/2 cup Pumpkin (grated) 1 cup Salt to taste Ajwain powder/Carom seeds powder 1 tea spoon Pepper (crushed) 1/2 tea spoon Saffron water (saffron strands soaked in water) 1/4 cup Butter as required Method: Grind Horlicks oats to a coarse powder and keep aside. Now prepare a mixture of grated pumpkin, salt, ajwain powder, crushed pepper. Also, add powdered Horlicks oats and make it to a stiff dough with the available moisture of pumpkin. Make small dumplings of the prepared dough and roll them into rotis. Now roast the rotis on both sides by applying saffron water and butter. Delicious Horlicks Oats Pumpkin Rotis are now ready to serve

Horlicks Oats Dumplings
A perfect healthy dish to serve within no time for your unexpected guests and short time hunger pangs. Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1 cup Rice flour 1 cup Water 3 cup Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 bunch Green chilies (finely chopped) 2 cups Oil as required Mustard seeds 1 tea spoon Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon Chana dal 1 tea spoon Urad dal 1 tea spoon Dry red chilies 3 number Hing/aseofitida pinch Curry leaves 2 springs Onions (chopped) 1 number Salt to taste Coconut (grated) 1-2 tablespoon Method: Grind a cup of Horlicks oats into a fine powder and keep aside. Boil around 3 cups of water by adding little salt and butter. Transfer the powdered Horlicks oats and rice flour in small quantities into the pan with boiling water and mix to a thick mixture with no lumps. Flavor it with fresh coriander and chopped green chilies, turn the flame off and let the mixture cool down to room temperature. Now shape the mixture into small dumplings and steam cook for about 8-10 minutes. For Tempering: Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, dry red chilies and saute until urad dal color gets slightly changed. Now add a  pinch of hing, curry leaves, chopped onion, green chilies, salt (to taste), coriander leaves, grated coconut and cook it. Transfer the steamed oats dumplings, give it a good mix and turn the flame off. Tasty and healthy Horlicks Oats Dumplings are now ready to serve with chutney of your choice.

Horlicks Oats With Leafy Vegetables
A perfect combination of leafy vegetables and oats with multiple health benefits and no compromise in taste makes this recipe a must try. Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1 cup Almonds 1 tablespoon Walnuts 1 tablespoon Cabbage (shredded) 1/3 cup Cauliflower (shredded) 1/3 cup Carrot (grated) 1/3 cup Butter 3 Cubes Ginger (finely chopped) 1 tea spoon Curry leaves (freshly chopped) 1 tea spoon Coriander leaves (finely chopped) 1/3 bunch Salt pinch Water (Boiled) 2 cups Milk as required Method: Dry roast almonds and walnuts, slightly crush them (for garnishing) and keep aside. Fry shredded cabbage, cauliflower, grated carrot by adding 3 cubes of butter for a minute or two. Now add chopped ginger, chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves, Horlicks oats and saute well. Then add a little salt and hot water, let it cook for about 2 minutes and turn the flame off and transfer to a serving bowl. Milk can be added (choice of individual) on top along with raisins, roasted and crushed almonds and walnuts. Horlicks Oats With Leafy Vegetables is now ready to serve.

Apple & Pineapple Sweet with Horlicks Oats
A unique combination of apple and pineapple makes it a perfect mouth-watering dessert along with added health benefits of oats. Ingredients: Horlicks oats 1 cup Flax seeds 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds 1 tablespoon Brown sugar 1 cup Butter 1 cube Apple (chopped) 1 cup Pineapple (chopped) 1 cup Cinnamon powder 1 tea spoon Salt pinch Water 3 cups Method: Dry roast flax seeds, poppy seeds and crush them coarsely. Heat a pan, add brown sugar, butter, chopped apple, pineapple pieces, cinnamon powder and cook well. Once the brown sugar melts, add a pinch of salt, oats along with 3 cups of hot water and cook it to slightly mash consistency. Sprinkle crushed flax and poppy seeds powder and give it a good mix. Spinach Oats with Tomato
Spinach Oats with Tomato is a power-packed rich nutritious meal which leaves us highly satisfied with its numerous health benefits and delicious taste. Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1 cup Water as required Salt to taste Spinach (chopped) 1 cup Olive Oil as required Tomatoes 2 number Garlic(chopped) 1 tea spoon Pepper (crushed) 1 tea spoon Mixed herbs 1 tea spoon Method: Boil about three cups of water (for one cup of oats) in a pan by adding a pinch of salt. Once it comes to boil, add chopped spinach, oats and cook for about 3 minutes.  Fry tomatoes (cut into 3 round thick slices) on both sides in hot olive oil. Season the tomatoes with a pinch of salt, chopped garlic, crushed pepper and, mixed herbs. Now transfer the cooked oats & spinach meal to a serving bowl with these topping of fried tomatoes. Delicious Spinach Oats with Tomato is now ready to serve.

Brown Onions Oats with Eggs
Brown Onions Oats with Eggs is a rich protein-packed meal with no comprise in taste. Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1 cup Brown onion (fried) 1 cup Capsicum / Bell pepper (red, green, yellow) chopped 1 tablespoon Eggs 2 numbers Butter 1 cube Carrot (chopped) 1 tablespoon Onion (chopped) 1 number Tomatoes (chopped) 1 number Mint leaves 1/2 bunch Salt to taste Water (hot) 3 cups Yogurt/Curd 1 tablespoon Pepper (crushed) 1 tea spoon Cumin Seeds 1 tea spoon Method: Half boil eggs in hot water for at least 5-6 minutes, peel of the outer layer and keep aside. Heat a pan, add a cube of butter, cumin seeds, roast them. Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, chopped capsicum, carrot and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Then add mint leaves, salt (to taste) along with 3 cups of hot water. Once it comes to boil, add brown onions, yogurt, oats and let it cook for a minute more, turn the flame off and transfer to serving bowl. Top it with boiled eggs ( Cut into two halves ), brown onions and crushed pepper. Delicious Brown Onions Oats with Eggs is now ready to serve.

Chicken Koftas with Horlicks Oats
Chicken koftas with Horlicks oats is easy to make tasty snack recipe. Healthy oats are combined with chicken and flavored with spices to delight your taste buds. Ingredients: Chicken (Boneless) 3-5 pieces Horlicks Oats 1 cup Yogurt / Curd 1 cup Mint leaves 1 bunch Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 bunch Salt to taste Coriander powder 1 tea spoon Cumin powder 1 tea spoon Garam masala powder (optional) pinch Chili powder (optional) 1/2 tea spoon Oil as required Ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon Tomatoes (chopped) 1 number Water as required Brown Onions (fried) 1 tablespoon Method: Grind a coarse paste of chicken by adding oats, yogurt along with mint leaves, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt (to taste). Add some more Horlicks oats to reduce the moisture content in the prepared paste. Now shape the mixture into small dumplings, deep fry in hot oil till they turn slightly brown in color and transfer to a plate In the same oil, add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder, saute until raw flavor is gone. Add chopped tomatoes and saute well. Season yogurt with coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, chili powder and transfer to the same cooking pan For flavoring, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, fried brown onion, cook for about 10 minutes add the fried chicken koftas and cook for a minute more. Now to make gravy consistency little thicker add Horlicks oats. Turn the flame off by garnishing with coriander leaves. Hot and Spicy Chicken Koftas with Horlicks Oats are now ready to serve.

Start your morning with this fresh and healthy recipe prepared out of oats, sprouts, green nuts, fruits. Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1 cup Grains 1 cup Peanuts 1 cup water as required Onion (finely chopped) 1 number Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tea spoon Carrot (chopped) 1/3 cup Bell pepper/Capsicum (yellow, red, green) 1 cup Spinach (finely chopped) 1 bunch Pepper (crushed) 1 tea spoon Method: Soak grains of your choice along with peanuts and boil them. Now add chopped onions, garlic, carrot and bring this to boil Then add chopped bell pepper (red, yellow, green) along with spinach, give it a mix and cook well by adding oats. Sprinkle crushed pepper powder, give it a mix and serve hot.
