Hare Matar ki Dal | ताजा हरे मटर की दाल । Fresh Green Peas Daal Recipe
Hare Matar ki Dal, Spicy Green Peas Dal, green peas curry Masala, Fresh Peas Masala Curry Ingredients for Green Peas Green Peas (मटर) - 1 Cup Tomatoes (टमाटर) - 2 (100 gms) Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च) - 2 Green Coriander (हरा धनिया ) - 2 to 3 tbsp (Finely Chopped) Green Chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 1 (Sliced) Oil (तेल ) - 1 to 2 tbsp Ghee (घी) - 1 tsp Asafoetida (हींग ) - 1/2 Pinch Cumin Seeds (जीरा ) - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर ) - 1 tsp Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला ) - 1/4 tsp Ginger Paste (अदरक पेस्ट ) - 3/4 tsp Salt (नमक ) - 3/4 tsp or to taste How to make Green Pea Dal 1. Heat cooker to make Green peas dal. Add oil in it. Meanwhile take tomatoes and green chilies, make paste from it. 2. When oil is hot enough, add cumin seeds. Roast it. Add asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder. Slightly roast. Reduce flame, to prevent spices from browning. 3. Add green chili tomato paste, ginger paste, red chili powder. Roast the masala till oil floats over it, meanwhile grind the green peas coarse. 4. Add coarsely ground green peas to it. Roast it with spices for a minute. Add water. Mix it well. Add salt. Close the cooker, cook until a single whistle. Then turn off flame. 5. Once the pressure escapes,dal is cooked and ready. Keep the dal dense or slurry as desired. Add garam masala, some finely chopped green coriander, mix it. Dal is ready, take it out in a bowl. 6. For more flavors, add tempering to it. Heat Tadka pan, put ghee in it, let it heat. Then add cumin seeds, thinly sliced green chili, Slightly roast it. Turn off flame, add red chili powder in it, pour the tadka over the dal, mix it. Serving: 7. Sumptuous Green Peas Dal is ready to be served. You can serve it with chapati, paratha, naan or rice. Nimki Papdi Recipe with Chesse Pudina, Papdi Cheesy Nimki Min, Pudina Cheesy Cryspy Papdi, Cheese Mint Papdi, Cheesy Papdi with Mint flavour . Ingredients Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा )- 1 Cup (150 gms) Refined Flour (मैदा )- 1 Cup (125 gms) Mint Leaves (पुदीना के पत्ते )- 1 Cup Processed Cheese (प्रोसेस्ड चीज़ )- 2 Cubes (50 gms) Oil (तेल )- 4 tbsp Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च )- 2 Carom Seeds (अजवायन)- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (काली मिर्च )- 1/2 tsp (Coarsely Grounded) Salt (नमक )- 3/4 tsp or to taste Oil (तेल )- For Frying How to make Pudina Cheese Crispy Papdi: 1. Take mint leaves,washed and pat dried,add chilies and make paste. 2. Take Wheat flour and refined flour in a mixing bowl, add green chili mint paste to it.Add oil too. 3. Add carom seeds,coarsely ground black pepper,salt,grated processed cheese. Mix all well.Prepare stiff dough with lukewarm water. 4. Knead for 3 to 4 minutes. Cover and keep dough aside for 20 minutes to set. Dough is set and ready,knead it a bit. 5. Break dough lumps then make dough balls. Roll out with slight thickness of 3 to 4 inch diameter. Cut it in to 4 parts. Poke it with fork on both sides. Keep in plate.Prepare all likewise. 6. Put oil to heat for frying. Check it. Medium hot oil is needed to fry these and flame medium low. 7. Put as many papdi to fry as they it in the wok. Flip and fry well until golden brown from both sides then take them out. Keep the papdis in plate. Fry all papdis likewise. It takes 5 to 6 minutes to fry papdis once. Serving: 8. Crispy Mint cheese Papdis are ready to be relished. As they cool down completely,keep in a container and relish for upto 2 months. Leftover dal Paratha, leftover toor dal recipe, toor dal paratha, school tiffin paratha, Ingredients for Leftover Dal Paratha Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा ) - 2 cups ( 300 gms ) Leftover dal (बची हुई दाल) - 1 bowl Green Coriander (हरा धनिया ) - 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped) Oil (तेल ) - 3 to 4 tbsp Salt (नमक ) - 1/2 tsp or to taste Cumin seeds (जीरा ) - 1/2 tsp Green chilies (हरी मिर्च ) - 2 (Finely chopped) How to make Leftover Dal Paratha : 1. Take wheat flour in bowl. Make hollow pit. Take leftover dal out from the fridge,add it to the flour. Add salt to adjust the taste of flour.Mix well. 2. Add cumin seeds,salt, chopped green chilies, oil. Mix dal and prepare dough. Add green coriander. Add water in small portion and knead soft dough. 3. Once dough is ready, cover and keep the dough aside for 15 to 20 minutes to set. After 20 minutes, grease hands with oil. Knead and smoothen the dough. 4. For Paratha, break lump from dough. Make dough ball, press with hands, coat with dry flour. 5. Roll it round 3 to 4 inch in diameter. Grease paratha with oil, spread evenly. Fold paratha in half.Grease with oil again and fold. Coat in dry flour, Roll out slightly thick paratha. 6. Tawa is hot. Pour oil and grease tawa. Put paratha on tawa to roast. Flip and roast well until golden brown spots appear. Pour a litlle oil on paratha.Grease evenly. Flip, pour oil and grease other side as well. 7. Keep flame medium. Flip and roast the paratha until golden brown spots appear. Once roasted, Keep paratha over the bowl on the plate or serve directly. 8. To make square parathas, make sheet same way, keep the diameter 5 to 6 inches. Grease with oil. 9. Divide paratha in 3 parts and fold. Grease with oil again. Divide and fold in 3 parts again. Roll square sheet. Roast the paratha likewise.Keep in plate. Turn off flame. Serving : 10. Leftover Dal paratha is ready to be served. It can be served with curd, chutney or your favorite sabzi. Veg Semiya Upma recipe, Semiya Biryani, shavige pulav, Vermicelli Biryani, Namkeen Sevaiyen, Ingredients for Veg Semiya Roasted Vermicelli (भुने हुए सेवई) - 1 cup (150 gms ) Baby Corn (बेबी कॉर्न ) - 4 ( finely chopped ) Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च ) - 1 (finely chopped ) Carrot (गाजर ) - 1 (finely chopped ) Tomatoes (टमाटर ) - 2 (finely chopped ) Cauliflower (फूल गोभी ) - 1/2 cup (finely chopped ) Green Peas (हरी मटर ) - 1/2 cup Green coriander (हरा धनिया ) - 3 to 4 tbsp (finely chopped ) Butter (मक्खन ) - 2 tbsp Pasta Sauce (पास्ता सॉस ) - 2 tbsp Green chilies (हरी मिर्च ) - 2 (finely chopped ) Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला ) - 1/2 tsp Ginger paste (अदरक पेस्ट ) - 1 tsp Salt (नमक ) - 1 tsp or to taste How to make Namkeen Sevaiya 1. Take roasted vermicelli.Boil 2 cups water in a vessel.Add roasted sevaiya to the water. Boil till vermicelli softens. 2. To cook veggies, put butter in a pan, add ginger paste finely chopped green chili. Reduce flame. Add carrots, baby corn. Stir and cook well on high flame for 1 minute. 3. Add cauliflower,green peas and capsicum. Cook veggies for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and roast slightly. Meanwhile vemicelli has turned soft so turn off it's flame. 4. When veggies are cooked, pasta sauce, chaat masala,salt and stir well. Veggies are cooked . 5. Add the vermicelli to the veggies, a little green coriander, Mix all ingedients till they blend well.Reduce flame.Stir well and cook for 2 minutes. Serving : 6. Til Peanut Gazak | तिल मूंगफली की गजक । Til Mungfali Patti for Makar Sankranti
Crispy Gajak Recipe, Til Gajak, Sesame Chikki, Makar Sankranti Recipe, til mungfali ki chikki, Gur Til Papdi Ingredients for Til Gazak Sesame seeds (तिल ) - 1 cup (135 gms ) Roasted Peanuts (भुने हुए मूंगफली ) - 1 cup ( 150 gms ) Jaggery (गुड़ ) - 1 cup ( 250 gms ) ( Crumbled ) Ghee (घी ) - 2 tsp How to make Til Moongfali Gajak 1. Put wok to heat, Put sesame seeds in it and roast on medium flame by stirring till puffy and changed in color. Once roasted keep in plate. 2. To make syrup, put wok to heat, add ghee and let it melt, then add crumbled jaggery. Cook on low flame. Check jaggery at intervals. 3. Coarsely grind roasted peanuts. Keep some sesame seeds, grind the rest coarsely. Grease the board with some ghee. 4. Once jaggery has melt, increase flame. Cook jaggery until it foams up. Check by pouring in bowl of water. If it is strechy and undercooked, cook for a little while. 5. Check again,jaggery breaks as it cools, it is ready. Turn off flame. 6. Put all ingredients in syrup and mix i.e peanuts and sesame seeds. Mix well.Turn on flame, blend it. 7. Gajak mix is ready, turn off flame. Put it on the board. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the mix. 8. Grease Hands and rolling pin with ghee, then gather mix with hands. 9. Put some sesame seeds on the board, coat mix well with it. Press with hands and expand. Roll out with rolling pin keeping slightly thick. 10. Once sheet is ready, cut in desired shape. Keep to cool then separate pieces. Take out from board. Serving : 11. Winter special Til Moongphali Gajak is ready. It is really crisp. Keep in an air tight container,relish it for 1 to 2 months. Makki Ki Roti, Punjabi Makke di Roti, Makai ki Roti, How to make Makki ki roti using Chakla belan. Ingredients Maize flour (मक्के का आटा ) - 2 cup ( 300 gms ) Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा ) - 1/2 cup ( 75 gms ) Green coriander (हरा धनिया ) - 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped ) Ghee (घी ) - 2 tbsp Salt(नमक ) - 3/4 tsp or to taste Carom Seeds (अजवायन ) - 1/2 tsp Oil (तेल ) - 1 tsp How to make Makke ki roti: 1. Take maize flour in a bowl, add wheat flour,finely chopped green coriander,carom seeds,salt,oil, mix all well. 2. Make soft dough by using lukewarm water. Squash it for 3 to 4 minutes. Cover and keep dough aside for 10 minutes to set. 3. After 10 minutes, grease hands with palm, squash dough again for 2 minutes. 4. Break dough lump from the dough. Make dough ball. Press and coat in dry flour. 5. Expand with fingers, Coat in dry flour.Remove excess flour. Meanwhile put the tawa to heat. 6. Roll out the roti lightly with less pressure, keep roti thick. 7. Lift the roti and pat with hands, put to roast. Once dark from aboveand roasted from beneath, flip it. 8. Roast well until brown spots appear on other side. Lift roti with pincher, rotate it and directly roast over flame till brown spots appear. Make all rotis likewise. Serving 9. Tempting make ki roti are ready, keep in a plate. Grease roti with ghee and serve steaming hot with, sarson ka saag, green peas dal. Chawal ke laddu, chawal ki pinni recipe, chawal aur gur ki pinni, Ingredients : Rice flour (चावल का आटा ) - 1.25 cup (200 gms) Jaggery (गुड़ ) - 1 cup ( 200 gms ) (Crumbled) Sesame seeds (तिल ) - Less than 1 cup (100 gms) Grated Dry Coconut (सूखा नारियल) - 1 cup (50 gms) Ghee (घी ) - 2 tbsp Green Cardamom powder (इलाइची पाउडर ) -1/2 tsp How to make Chawal gur ladoo : 1. Put the rice flour in a wok. Turn on flame,stir and roast the flour on medium flame for 10 minutes ,till color change. Turn off flame. Take out flour , keep in separate bowl. 2. Add sesame seeds to the wok. Stir and roast till puffy and changed in color on medium flame for 2 minutes. 3. Once roasted, pour the sesame seeds on flour. 4. To make jaggery syrup, take crumbled jaggery. Add water.Turn on flame. Cook until jaggery dissolves in water then for 1 more minute. 5. To check, pour few drops in bowl, as it cools stick between fingers. There should be no thread.Syrup is ready. Turn off flame. 6. Keep rice flour, sesame seeds, grated dry coconut, green cardamom powder. Mix all ingredients well. 7.Strain and add jaggery syrup in it.Mix it. Add ghee, Mix all well. 8. Grease hands with ghee. Lift a little mix and bind it, make ladoos. Serving : 9. Winter special Chawal Gur ladoo are ready. 12 ladoos are ready with this quantity of mix. Once cool keep it in air tight containera and relish for 1 month. Stuffed Brinjal Curry, eggplant masala curry, Stuffed brinjal masala, Bharli Vangi Recipe Ingredients Eggplant (बैंगन ) - 8 ( 250 gms ) Oil (तेल ) - 2 to 3 tbsp Green Coriander ( हरा धनिया ) - 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped ) Fresh Coconut (ताज़ा नारियल ) - 2 to 3 tbsp (grated ) Sesame seeds (तिल ) - 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts (भुनी मूंगफली ) - 2 tbsp Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर ) - 2 tsp Fennel powder (सौंफ पाउडर ) - 2 tsp Cumin seeds (जीरा ) - 1 tsp Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp Mango powder (आमचूर पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp Ginger paste (अदरक पेस्ट ) - 1/2 tsp Green chilies (हरी मिर्च ) - 2 (finely chopped ) Asafoetida (हिंग ) - 1/2 pinch Garam masala (गरम मसाला ) - 1/4 tsp Salt (नमक ) - Less than 1 tsp (or to taste ) How to make Stuffed Baingan in cooker: 1. Heat pan. Add cumin and sesame seeds, roast until they change color. Take out. 2. Slightly roast this freshly grated coconut. Turn off flame. 3. Take roasted peanuts,rpasted coconut in jar with spices. Coarsely grind all. Take out in plate. 4. To it add coriander powder,fennel seeds powder,ginger paste,turmeric powder, red chili powder,dry mango powder,finely chopped green chili with seeds removed. 5. Add garam masala,salt Mix all ingredients till they blend well. 6. Take few small eggplants, cross cut them. Fill the masala with a spoon.Press it well. Stuff all likewsie. 7. Put cooker to heat, add oil once rightly hot, add cumin seeds,asafoetida. Add leftover masala to it. Slightly roast it. 8. Add stuffed eggplant.Mix the eggplant well in the spices. Add 1/2 or 3/4 cup water to it. Keep gravy consistency as desired. 9. Close the lid of the cooker.Increase the flame. Cook until a single whistle. Then Turn off flame. Wait till the pressure escapes from the cooker. 10.Eggplant is ready, Sprinkle a little green coriander over it. Take out the the eggplant in a plate. Pour the gravy over the eggplant. Serving : 11.Stuffed baingan in cooker is ready.Garnish with a little green coriander.You can serve it Chapati, paratha, naan or rice. Gajar, Gobhi, halgam Ka Achar, Gobhi Gajar Shalgam ka Achaar, Shalgam Gajar Mix Veg Pickle Ingredients of Gajar, Shalgam, Gobi Ka Achar Peeled Turnips (शलगम ) - 2 ( 250 gms) Peeled Carrots (गाजर ) -2 ( 250 gms ) Sem (सेम ) - 250 gms Cauliflower (गोभी ) - 1 floret (300 gms) Green Chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 100 gms Ginger (अदरक ) - 100 gms Mustard oil (सरसों तेल ) - 1 Cup Vinegar (सिरका ) - 1/3 cup Black Mustard (सरसों के दाने ) - 4 tbsp (coarsely grounded) Salt(नमक ) - 3 tsp or as per taste Asafoetida (हिंग ) - 1 Pinch Cumin seeds (जीरा ) - 1 tsp Black pepper (काली मिर्च ) - 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds (मेथी ) -2 tsp Fennel Seeds (सौंफ ) - 4 tsp Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 2 tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी ) - 1.5 tsp How to make Shalgam Gajar Sem gobhi Mix achar: 1. Take veggies such as turnip, carrot, sem, cauliflower. Wash and dry them. 2. Cut the veggies into desired size. Cut the green chili into bitesized piece and ginger in desired size. 3. Keep water to boil, enough to dip veggies. Put the veggies in boiling water and blanch veggies.Boil for exactly 3 minutes.Turn off flame. Take out the veggies from water. 4. Turn veggies over strainer, drain water. Keep the veggies in strainer for 5 minutes. Spread it over a cloth and dry it in sunlight or under fan. 5. To make masala for pickle, roast the whole spices. Turn on flame. Add to the pan ,cumin seeds, black pepper, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds. Stir and roast slightly for 1 minute. Keep it in a plate to cool off. 6. Pour mustard oil in the pan.Let the oil heat up.Till the oil heats up,coarsely grind all the spices.Once oil is hot. Turn off flame. Let is cool. 7. Once oil is cooled off, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, add coarsely ground spices too. Mix all well. Add green chili, gonger, coarsely ground black mustard,red chili powder, salt. Mix the oil and spices well. Add vinegar. Serving : 8. Pickle is ready to be relished. The right taste of pickle comes after 3 days.Keep the pickle in a food grade plastic container or any glass container. Take soya bean flour and chickpea flour, add red chili powder,coarsely ground black pepper,turmeric powder,carom seeds,cumin seeds,coriander powder, salt,baking soda and oil.Mix well 2. Add water in small portions and make soft dough. Cover and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes to set. 3. after 15 minutes, Grease hands with oil and smoothen dough. Meanwhile put oil to heat. 4. To make soya sticks take sev making machine,Put the star jali, used for making chakli. Fix machine. 5. Grease hands with oil.Break a lump from the dough. Make log, put in machine. 6. Grease thali with ghee. Press and make straight sticks.Cut these into 2 to 3 inch pieces. Check oil then put these to fry. 7. Stir and fry well until golden brown, fry on medium flame. Once ready take them out. Keep in plate. When cool keep in any air tight container,and relish it for 2 to 3 months. Serving : 8. Serve Soya Sticks as a delicious tea time snack anytime. Poha Recipe, Steamed Poha, Bhap ke pohe, Street Style Poha, Indorie Poha, Street food Poha Ingredients: Flattened Rice (पोहा ) - 2 cup ( 150 gms ) Namkeen Sev (नमकीन सेव ) - 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts (मूंगफली के दाने ) - 1/3 cup Coriander leaves(हरा धनिया ) - 1 to 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Curry Leaves (करी पत्ता ) - 15 to 20 Lemon (नींबू ) - 1 Turmeric Powder (हल्दी ) - Less than 1/4 tsp Oil (तेल ) - 1 tsp Sugar (चीनी ) - 2 tsp Salt (नमक) - More than 1/2 tsp or to taste Green chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 2 (finely chopped ) Black Mustard - (सरसों के दाने ) - 1/2 tsp Direction Getting Ready: 1. Take 2 cup poha of medium thickness in a mixing bowl. Wash and soak it, then drain out water. Wash again then drain water instantly.Do not keep the poha in water for long.Keep 1 tsp water, It helps poha to puff up. Making: 2. Add 2 tsp sugar, little more than 1/2 tsp salt, Less than 1/4 tsp turmeric powder. Mix all ingredients well. Add half a lemon's juice i.e 2 tsp juice to the poha, mix well.Keep it aside for 5 minutes,then stir it again. 3. After 5 minutes, Toss the poha with the spoon and spread it. 4. Take a vessel big enough to place the colander filled with poha. Fill the vessel with 2 to 2.5 cup water and heat it. Turn on flame and cover the vessel with lid, so that it boils up quickly. 5. Place the poha in a colander.Spread the poha in the colander.Place the poha filled colander in the vessel.Keep the flame medium. Cook the poha on medium flame for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes , poha is cooked and ready.Turn off flame.Take out the poha in a serving bowl. 6. For tempering, heat a tadka pan. Add 1 tsp oil, heat it up. When sufficiently hot, add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 15 to 20 chopped curry leaves, 2 finely chopped de seeded green chilies. Slightly roast them. Add tempering to poha and mix it. Take it out in a plate. Serving: 7. Yummy and healthy steamed Poha is ready.Sprinkle a little namkeen sev over it, some roasted peanuts and green coriander for garnishing.If you wish you can keep a lemon wedge too. Crispy Corn Kernels, Crispy Spicy Buttery Corn, क्रिस्पी चटपटी स्वीट कोर्न, crispy corn chaat recipe Ingredients for Crispy Sweet corn Sweet corn (स्वीट कॉर्न ) - 1 cup Corn flour (कॉर्न फ्लार ) - 2 tbsp Salt (नमक ) - 1/2 tsp Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp Oil (तेल ) - for frying For Serving Green chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 2 (finely chopped) Green coriander (हरा धनिया ) - 1 to 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Lemon (नींबू ) - 1/2 or 1 tsp lemon juice How to make Crispy Sweet corn : 1. Take a vessel, fill with 2 cups water.Turn on flame. Let the water boil.Put the sweet corn to boil in water for 5 to 6 minutes. 2. Take it out from water.Put it in the sieve. Keep in bowl. 3. Add cornflour, red chili powder, salt. Mix all ingredients well, till sweet corn is coated. If it is still powdery, then add 1/2 or 1 tsp water. 4. Heat oil in wok. Once rightly hot, put the sweetcorn to fry.Spread it with a laddle. Keep the flame low medium and Roast sweetcorn for 3 minutes. Gradually increase flame. Keep check on it. Cover the wok. 5. To take out the sweetcorn, Take an extra sieve, take out sweet corn, hold it on the edge of the wok. Meanwhile reduce flame, keep fried sweet corns in a plate. It takes 5 minutes to fry sweetcorn once. 6. For garnishing, take finely chopped green chili, green coriander, Add black pepper or dry mango powder. Add a little lemon juice to it. Mix all ingredients well. Serving : 7. Crispy sweet corn are ready to be served. You can serve it as an appetizer at a party or just munch on it. Warqi Paratha Recipe, Varki Paratha, Choor Choor Laccha Paratha, Crisp and Soft Laccha Paratha Ingredients Refined Flour (मैदा)- 1 Cup (150 gms) Wheat Flour (गैहूं का आटा)- 1 Cup (150 gms) Ghee (घी)- 3 to 4 tbsp Carom Seeds (अजवाइन)- 1/2 tsp Salt (नमक)- 1/2 tsp or to taste How to make Warki Paratha : 1. Take 1 cup Refined flour,1 cup wheat flour.Add 1/2 tsp salt to it,add 1/2 tsp carom seeds.Add 2 tsp ghee,Mix all ingredients well. Add water in small portions and knead a soft dough. Cover and keep the dough aside for 20 to 25 minutes to set. 2. After 20 minutes, grease your hands with some ghee and squash the dough.Break lumps from the dough. Make it round, then give apeda like shape. Coat it with dry flour. Roll it out thin 10 to 12 inch in diameter. Spread ghee over it on all sides. Fold it in 3 parts with one side overlapping other. Then again spread ghee and fold the sheet into 3 parts. Then coat with dry flour. 3. Roll out the paratha thinly, whenever it sticks to the rolling board coat with dry flour.Remove extra flour. 4. Roll out thin sheet evenly. Again put ghee over it and spread on all sides. Fold it again in 3 parts. Make a square sheet. Roll out thin paratha. 5. Put a tawa to heat. Turn on flame. Put a little ghee on it.Spread evenly and grease the tawa. Put the paratha to roast.When the upper layer of paratha is roasted, flip it . Roast the other side as well till brown spots appear. 6. Put a little ghee on the top spread ghee on all sides.Flip the paratha,Put ghee on other side as well and spread.Roast the paratha well. Keep flame medium. When brown spots appear, the paratha is roasted. Lift and place the paratha in a plate. Prepare all parathas likewise. 6 parathas can be made with this quantity of dough. Serving: 7. Warki paratha has layers in it. When you serve it just crush the paratha once. You can serve these paratha with curd,aloo tamatar sabzi, Matar aloo sabzi, matar paneer sabzi.You can serve it with any favorite sabzi.
